1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all services, information products, and goods offered by RealtorStatute.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Legal Support Services

RealtorStatute provides advisory and representation services tailored to the real estate sector. Engagements are scheduled upon mutual agreement. To reschedule a session, notify us at least 48 hours before the agreed time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparatory commitments. However, you may apply the paid fee toward an alternative service within 90 days of the original date.

2.2 Information Products

Digital guides, templates, and video recordings are delivered electronically. You may request a full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been fully accessed. After 14 days or after full access, products are not eligible for reimbursement due to the nature of digital delivery.

2.3 Goods

Physical items, such as printed manuals, may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Shipping costs for sending back items are the client’s responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a reimbursement within 14 days.

3. Reimbursement and Rescheduling

Clients may request a reimbursement for eligible offers. Approved reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule certain services at no additional fee, subject to availability.

Certain bespoke or time-sensitive services are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling constraints. These include on-demand consultations booked less than 48 hours in advance. Fees for such services may be applied as credit toward future offerings within the next 60 days.
